Campement Darsalam is conveniently situated 15 minutes outside of Ziguinchor, the main city of Casamance in the southernmost
part of Senegal, on the way to Cap Skirring. Refer to Google Map

Lodging
The campement consists of eight bungalows and a spacious restaurant. Each bungalow is equipped with private shower
and toilet.
The energy for the campement is supplied by a 1600 Watt solar system; the water comes from our well on the other side of the road.

Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the banks of the River. Especially in the morning and evening hours, it offers a breathtaking view of
the animal world of the bolong. Thanks to its generous size, it is well suited for events and Soirée Senegalese. The kitchen offers both Senegalese and international dishes.
Take a Rest!
Far from the dust and heat of Ziguinchor and the tourist masses in Cap Skirring Campement Darsalam offers one thing: peace and relaxation.
Under the palm trees on the Campement site, on the banks of the bolong or in the water you will find peace and harmony.
Trips
In addition, Campement Darsalam is an excellent starting point for excursions - exploring the area by pirogge on the side arms of the Casamance River or trips
by car to Ziguinchor, Oussoueye or Cap Skirring. We offer a variety of trips and events at
the Campement to get you acquainted with the culture and tradition of the local people.
Workshop / Volunteer
We are also able to organize dance and drum workshops as well as volunteer stays. Please
